How To Get Started
Simply complete the Handbook Order Form and mail or fax to us. Receipt of this form will place you on our schedule, and we will designate a sales agent to work with you and your hospital.
How The Process Works
Our agent will contact you and request a meeting to begin the advertising sales process. At the initial meeting, the agent will discuss the variety of businesses that will participate in your publication.
We recommend this approach:

| Your hospital affiliates and departments will be given first choice of space in your publication.

| Your active medical staff.
|
| Third Priority: |
| Medical and health-related businesses and services in your community.
|
| Fourth Priority: |
| Non-medical vendors and other interested businesses in your community.

VVI recognizes that there are some businesses not appropriate for publication in a hospital magazine. We do not accept advertising from these companies. Because the advertising sales process is completed under your supervision and with your approval, only businesses you approve will be allowed to participate in your publication.
How The Process Works
Upon completion of the sales process, all advertisers will receive a proof of their ad for changes or corrections. At the same time, your hospital will receive the proof pages of the cover and content for review and revisions. As soon as proofing is completed, your publication will go to press and delivery will be scheduled.
